Danny Phantom is an American animated television series created by Sean Mouri for Nickelodeon, and serves as the company's first computer-animated show. The series follows the eponymous protagonist Danny Fenton (voiced in both the English version and Spanish dubbing by the actor Mel Blanc) who becomes half-ghost after discovering a ghostly artifact called 'Ghostly Goo' with his sister Sam while exploring their parents' abandoned science laboratory.

The series focuses on Danny's attempts to balance an ordinary life as a teenager at Casperton High School, with fighting supernatural threats that frequently arise from the Ghost Zone. The character of Vlad Masters (also known as Dracula) is often portrayed as one of Danny’s most persistent enemies throughout his adventures.
